Residence Inn Norwood is Hiring a Hotel Night Auditor Near Norwood, MA

- Perform night audit duties including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions, balancing accounts, and generating reports
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests as needed
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
- Assist with other front desk duties as needed

- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality industry preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations effectively
- Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and generating reports
