POSITION SUMMARY:

The Assistant Deli Sales Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by preparing and ensuring the freshest quality product. Assistant Deli Sales Managers achieve this by assisting the manager in all functions of the deli department including but not limited to; achieving sales/operational results through ordering, production, decision making, customer and employee engagement, employee development, and encouraging an inclusive team atmosphere within the department, store and company. Assistant Deli Sales Managers are additionally responsible for compliance to all laws and company policies and procedures including labor and safety regulations, asset protection and food safety.

8. Must be 18 years of age or older.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
