IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist: Be the Hero Behind the Scenes

We're looking for a passionate IT Infrastructure and Support Specialist to join our fast-paced team. You'll collaborate with colleagues across departments to design, implement, and maintain the critical infrastructure that keeps our business thriving.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with business and IT teams to develop and enforce robust infrastructure solutions.
• Tame technical troubles! Proactively troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
• Become a hero during critical situations by participating in our on-call support rotation, addressing service outages across multiple offices.

Who We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years experience administering systems and networks in a Windows environment.
• Technical Expertise:Be a master of your domain with strong skills in Microsoft Windows & Server, Office Suite, Active Directory, GPOs, DHCP, DNS, security patching, scripting, and roaming profiles.
• Bonus Points:Experience managing Microsoft O365, Citrix environments, and remote assistance tools is a plus!

You'll Shine If You Have:

• A proven track record of planning and executing complex IT projects.
• The ability to support users on mobile devices.
• Excellent project management, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative.
• A Bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field) is a plus.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
