Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Field Support Technician to collaborate with our experienced technicians, acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge to provide technical support to our customers and dealers. In this role, you will play a vital part in troubleshooting technical issues, providing assistance via phone and email, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of our golf simulators and associated products under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Acquire and refine technical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Provide technical support to customers and dealers, delivering prompt and effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical support inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer support policies and procedures.
- Participate in training programs to improve technical and customer support skills.
- Attend trade shows and events to assist with product demonstrations and customer support activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software, with a willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a variety of environments
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work on weekends or after work hours with reverse PTO.
- Passion for golf and a desire to contribute to the enjoyment of others.
