Volpe Enterprises is hiring Residential Construction Helpers to join our growing team.

Volpe Enterprises is a full-service design / build complete home remodeling company that has been in business since 1970.

We are looking for individuals who have a positive attitude, are mechanically inclined, motivated, have the ability to take direction and work both independently or on a team.

Compensation is paid bi-weekly and will be based on experience level.

Duties / Responsibilities :

Arriving on time with tools, ready to work

Maintain a clean and safe job site and work environment

Ability to make independent decisions and work unsupervised

Take direction from and work with crew to keep the project on schedule

Uphold company vision, core values and standards

Willingness to learn, grow your skills, and to teach others

Maintain a positive relationship with clients

Attendance and involvement in regular meetings with Management, field staff, company-wide, training, etc.

Professional Skills / Qualifications :

2 Years of experience

Ability to use hand and power tools properly and efficiently

Ability to problem solve and come up with solutions onsite

Knowledge of residential Siding, Windows, Doors and Decks

Installations from start to finish

Good customer relations skills
