The purpose of this position is to ensure smooth and continuing functioning of department operations. This is accomplished by providing numerous administrative and support services for the department personnel. Additional duties include but are not limited to data entry and auditing of all reports, answering telephones, providing customer service, scanning paperwork and facilitating jail releases, operating a variety of computer and office equipment and interacting with other city employees, citizens, and employees of other Government agencies. This position does not provide direction to other employees.

Retirement
As a full time employee you will become a member of the Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS) with the City of North Richland Hills making contributions towards your account. You can also put savings toward retirement in the voluntary 457 deferred compensation plan.
Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave
The city offers vacation and sick leave, as well as ten paid holidays. Full time employees earn two weeks of vacation during their first year of employment and 10 hours of sick leave a month.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
