ESC’s premier client is looking for a Junior Supply Chain Analyst to join their Robotics team. The role is a hybrid position, reporting in North Reading, MA 3 days week. You will drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to improve processes and reduce waste. This requires an analytical mindset, and someone who can track metrics progress and summarize metrics/ what can be improved on. Job Responsibilities:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to streamline supply chain processes.

Analyze and design innovative solutions to optimize client's network operations.

Create, update, and maintain internal documentation to support training and reference for team members.

Monitor and track key performance metrics, providing regular updates on progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Summarize and report on performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for enhancement.

Lead efforts to resolve supply chain issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline

Strong Math, Logical, Problem-Solving skills

Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel

Analyst work background, or focus in higher education

Conceptual understanding of systems, and configuration management
