We are looking to add an Accounts Receivable Clerk to our team in the manufacturing industry, based in NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio, United States. This role involves managing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving any customer credit inquiries. The successful individual will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams, requiring a strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Applications, and SAP.Responsibilities:• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner• Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date• Resolve any customer credit inquiries or issues promptly and professionally• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly, and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments• Update the system, pull invoice and/or credit copies to send to customers, and key returns• Retrieve proof of deliveries from various shipping websites• Follow up with customers for past due invoices and send out invoices• Perform data entry tasks and provide assistance to other teams as needed• Utilize knowledge in Outlook and Excel, and willingness to train on SAP• Comfortable working off multiple screens and strong computer skills.
