We are a boutique workers' compensation defense firm with a small, friendly environment.

We are looking for an Experienced Legal Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for litigation files, reviewing legal documents, preparing subpoenas and managing client files. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. The Legal Assistant must also be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal documents, such as pleadings and motions.
• Organizing and maintaining case files.
• Maintaining contact with clients, witnesses, and other professionals.
• Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings.
• Preparing correspondence to clients, witnesses, and other professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
