A qualified Nursery Team Member candidate is someone passionate about plants. We are looking for someone to not only to keep plants healthy, but to help take care of our annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, and vegetables during our busy spring and summer seasons. Our Nursery Team Members help our great customers with questions about plant care and choosing the correct plants and plant food for purchase, so their gardens and lawns are more vibrant and beautiful, creating a wonderful place to live. 

Bring your green thumbs! Our Nursery Team Members have the opportunity to make displays to showcase our products and give customers a glimpse into what their yards can look like with the help of our Nursery Team Members We also have a tremendous selection of products available so that plants can thrive in our climate. 

Job Duties include: Overall plant care, knowledgeable watering, and fertilizing, helping customers with delivery carts, display-building, and assisting customers with the purchase and care for plants. From time to time, Nursery Team Members may be expected to customer vehicles with plants, fertilizer, soils, pet foods and other products. 

Requirements: Outgoing personality with customer service experience, great communication skills, experience with plant care, knowledge on requirements for a variety of plants, and hard-working. You must be able to work outside in all weather conditions and lift a minimum of 50 pounds. This position requires a flexible schedule with work on days, evenings, and weekends and Spring and Summer holidays.
