Job Title: Operations Director
Location: North Andover, MA
Compensation: $150K annual base salary plus 20% bonus and benefits
Scope of Role / Responsibilities
This position will be a heavy client-facing role and serve as the No. 1 in Operations for a small but growing investment management firm. This person will be overseeing all aspects of the office, including the management of all operational tasks and the supervision of other employees. Will design and implement operational systems to streamline operations and maximize revenue interests. Responsible for:
• Operational procedures
• Supervising and training staff
• Managing and maintaining technology
• Overseeing client service
• Advisory oversight
• Overseeing Marketing
• Overseeing CFO functions
• Other duties as required
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Targeting 6 years of experience within either the investment or financial wealth management (preferably within a $5B AUM or smaller)
• Strong client facing experience, including an ability to manage business development personnel
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience leading and supervising personnel
