* This position is mainly carpentry, but because you will be part of the Maintenace team you will also assist with other duties as described below*

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate exceptional carpentry and maintenance skills.
• Proactively engage in preventive maintenance in construction trades.
• Utilize ladders, scaffolds, and lifts for various tasks.
• Execute snow removal duties.
• Collaborate effectively with other skilled trades.
• Maintain meticulous records and manage inventory efficiently.
• Actively participate in team meetings.
• Demonstrate a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Exhibit outstanding carpentry skills and electrical knowledge.
• Display proficiency in commercial plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry/construction and hospital maintenance experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; building maintenance or equivalent education required.

Pay: 29/hr.
