**Overview:**

Join our team as a Daycare Director where you will play a crucial role in caring for and educating children in a safe and nurturing environment. We are seeking individuals passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to fostering the growth and development of young minds. You will be responsible for daily operations of our day care center. Interacting with Teachs, Parents and students.

**Duties:**

- Provide attentive care to children ranging from infants to preschool-aged

- Create and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized daycare environment

- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members

- Manage children's behavior using positive reinforcement techniques

- Follow daycare policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of all children

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in nannying, childcare, or daycare settings

- Proficiency in toddler care, infant care, and preschool education

- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques for young children

- Experience working with students in an educational setting

- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices

• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
