Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Provide support to students in various educational settings
- Help maintain a safe and organized learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
Experience:
- Experience working with preschool or special education students is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles
- Ability to educate and engage students effectively
- Previous experience in infant care, nannying, or related fields is a plus
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
