- Understanding of Manufacturing processes
- Dismantling and assembly of pumps
- Study of Pump performance processes
- Pump test set up for all Pump models
- Conduct performance test and analyze data
- Study Pump actual assembly and inspection processes.
- Labor booking
- Determination of impeller trim diameter based upon previous data
- Maintain 5S and safety
- Cleans and maintains an orderly work area
- Communicates effectively with other team members to direct personal workflow
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in manufacturing / lathe / balancing machine operations/Testing etc
- Forklift certified
- Experience working with pumps
- Experience in adjusting controls and taking data
Mathematical and mechanical aptitude
