About The RoleAs a Night Shift RN at this critical access hospital, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications.
- Implementing physician-ordered treatments and interventions.
- Providing compassionate care and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborating effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Promoting a safe and positive patient care environment.
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital nursing experience is preferred.
