Front Desk/Receptionist to fill immediate opening with growing, busy sports rehab practice. Our locally owned practice takes care of our customers and we only hire people that want to be of real service to other people.

As a Front desk/receptionist in our office you will be responsible for answering phones, keeping people on track with their treatments, entering and tracking patient demographics, handling office supplies, entering and verifying insurance information, assisting staff with passive modalities as needed, handling office opening and closing procedures. The ideal candidate is someone with a medical/dental background or 1 year of experience working in a medical/dental facility with an understanding of health insurance claims. The ideal candidate would also have experience doing insurance verifications.
