- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with reservations and inquiries
- Manage online reservation systems and ensure accuracy of bookings
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Understanding of hospitality industry standards
