Then we’re looking for you to join our US SMB Client Marketing team within the SAP Concur line of business. This position reports to the US SMB Client Marketing Director.
As a Client Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across our Client business. Your responsibilities will include refining and owning specific initiatives, as well as providing essential support for virtual and in-person events. The perfect individual will have experience in pulling and analyzing marketing data to make future decisions. Responsibilities
  • Be an integral component in the development of retention-focused marketing campaigns, to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value, and drive pipeline across all business segments
  • Support the team’s event needs – including both in-person and virtual (webinars) – through coordination and production support
  • Work closely with the customer lifecycle, corporate campaigns and product marketing teams to influence and collaborate on upcoming programming
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate new campaigns to support campaign enablement across the business
  • Continually innovate on content and programs to elevate the customer experience wherever possible
  • Continuously track and monitor offer/campaign/creative effectiveness. Deliver relevant reports and present insights to keep the organization abreast of marketing activities; forecast, measure, analyze, refine, improve and report on the impact of programs
  • Build knowledge and understanding of SAP Concur customers to deliver more personalized experiences
  • Help drive customer retention, marketing influenced and attributed pipeline, and overall customer engagement.
Position RequestsEducation, Experience & Training:
  • Degree level education with 3-5 years marketing experience in B2B industry
  • Experience in customer marketing function
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Eloqua/Marketo), analytics and business insight tools (Tableau), webcast platforms (On24), content and calendar management tools (Smartsheet), and video platforms (Iris/Consensus)

  • Ability to direct content building required in an overall onboarding and retention

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 68,200 - 149,300 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
