TDI_Power is Hiring an Inside Technical Sales Representative Near Newtown, PA
You will manage incoming leads, prospect for new opportunities, and work with the field sales team to qualify and close opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and correlating information for marketing and inside sales materials.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Field inbound customer calls & e-leads and offer consultative solutions to meet requirements.
- Generate quotations and send product and technical data information to customers
- Maintain and continuously develop Dynamics 365 CRM
- Create and execute e-mail marketing campaigns to new and existing customers
- Ability to work with MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Possess strong organization skills
- Manage multiple priorities with different deadlines
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Familiarity with CRM platform is a plus
- Technical Background or familiarity with instrumentation a plus
- Will work remotely, with the opportunity to go into the office or meet up with the sales team
