A well known Electrical Contractor in Newtown, CT is hiring for a Project Manager to help with their influx of projects! This is a great opportunity to join a well established firm that has been in business for over 40 years. As a Project Manager you will have to opportunity to manage interesting and unique projects in the area.
Description:
- Overseeing electrical installation projects for healthcare, life science, and commercial projects
- Manage the project and direct laborers on site
- Complete Rfi's, submittals and scheduling
Requirements:
-Experience managing commercial construction projects
-Experience with electrical installations
-Experience with ground-up/renovation projects
- Experience with budgeting and other financial aspects of PM (cost to complete)
- Experience with RFI's, submittals, Take-offs, buy-outs, scheduling and overseeing laborers
- Proficiency in Procore, Project Site, Trimble and MS Office
