The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives across performance, brand, and content. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving growth and brand awareness in the tech industry. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Director of Marketing will play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy and executing campaigns to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Oversee all aspects of performance marketing, including paid advertising, SEM, SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
• Lead brand development efforts, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and positioning.
• Manage the creation and distribution of compelling content across various channels, including blog posts, social media, videos, and other digital assets.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage a high-performing team of marketing professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions within the tech industry.
• Proven track record of driving measurable results through performance marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team of marketing professionals to achieve ambitious goals.
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
