D&G Machine is Hiring a Shop Foreman Near Newton, KS
Overview:
We are a rural based ag and industrial repair shop seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Foreman to oversee our shop operations.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, including staff supervision, projects, and customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and team members
- Monitor product quality
- Diagnose diesel engine, electrical, hydraulic, or other mechanical issues on farm equipment and perform repairs
Experience:
-Diesel and gas engine repair
-Farm machinery repair including electrical, hydraulic, or any other mechanical issues
- 6 or more years experience in diagnosis and repair of ag and/or industrial equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
