Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the shop operations
- Coordinate and schedule work assignments
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control standards are met
- Collaborate with operations manager to develop project plans and budgets
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials
- Provide technical guidance and support to shop personnel
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials used, and project progress

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shop Supervisor or similar role in the diesel mechanic field
- Strong knowledge of Diesel Tech.
- Proficient in mechanical analysis/ software
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles
- Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $58,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
