Pennington Polaris in Newton Illinois seeks an experienced FINANCE MANAGER for our busy dealership. The right candidate will have finance experience, excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality. We have an awesome company culture and an upbeat work environment.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Work vehicle cash and finance deals from start to finish
- Determine the customer’s need for finance and payment options
- Present service contracts, GAP and other beneficial ancillary programs
- Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship
- Achieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, penetration levels, and customer service
- Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
- Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
- Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
- Selecting best qualifying financial institution.
- Selecting best options for customer.
- Minimum 2 years of Automotive/Motorsports Finance experience.
- Maintain a positive, energetic attitude throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Flexible schedule.
- Presents themselves professionally to appeal to the general public.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
