Security Officer/Facilities Manager

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

FLSA Classification: Exempt

Position Summary: Facility Support - Oversees maintenance and repairs efforts towards the functionality of Bank facilities. Dispatches and ensures timely completion of work order requests. Manages preventative maintenance activities and schedule to minimize disruption in business operations. Performs facilities inspections, provides reports, and develops effective asset management strategies. Aids execution of department projects including major works, renovations, capital improvements, relocations, mergers, acquisitions, and other special initiatives. Assists with emergency preparedness plans, standard operating procedures, and playbooks.

This position is primarily responsible for ensuring PSB’s facilities are operating efficiently, safely, and are demonstrative of our brand and core values. The incumbent manages building systems operations (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, fire, security, etc.), project implementation, energy management, facilities maintenance, along with health, safety, and environmental compliance within the facilities. The incumbent conducts site evaluations and is responsible for overseeing a significant capital budget.

Specific Job Duties:

• Administers the bank’s protection programs

• Contractor/Vendor Management

• Fleet Manager

• ATM Maintenance

• Conducts periodic training of personnel as required by Bank Protection Act

• Serve as liaison with local and federal law enforcement

• Evaluates and recommends security systems and equipment

• Ensures all bank facilities has adequate security for opening and close of daily operations

• Develop and maintain fire protection program

• Perform regular security survey of each banking office

• Monthly Preventative Maintenance

• General Maintenance – Buildings & Grounds

Required Competencies:

· Technical/computer capabilities (Microsoft Suite)

Experience Required:

· Minimum 5 years experience including banking regulations, specifically security and compliance
