Path Engineering is Hiring a Diesel Technician Near Newburgh, NY
As a Diesel Technician/Mechanic (also known as Fleet Services Technician, Vehicle Maintenance Technician), you'll troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical tractor and trailer-related issues. You'll also perform preventive maintenance on our fleet of tractors & trailers, perform DOT inspections per FMSCA guidelines, and ensure the physical capability to perform all job duties.
Benefits- Competitive pay of $32 - $34/hr, determined by experience and certifications.
- Sign-On Bonus of $2,000 paid out within the first 90 days of employment.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, 401(K) with company match, PTO, and paid holidays.
- Valid driver's license and preferred ability to obtain a Class B license.
- Technical or advanced degree or 2 years of equivalent maintenance experience.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting equipment repairs and maintenance with diagnostic tools such as JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, and Windows.
