High School Diploma or equivalent required. College or business school preferred.

Five (5) years of experience in credentialing processes in a JC accredited healthcare setting. NAMSS Certification as Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Professional Medical Service Management (CPMSM formerly CMSC), preferred.
