Brown, Tarlow, Bridges, and Palmer is a general practice law firm located in Newberg, Oregon. We have been in practice for over 50 years. We have an opportunity for the right candidate to join our firm as a full-time Accounts Receivable/Payable - Billing Clerk. This position is not remote.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Enter time records into billing system
- Process and post client payments to appropriate accounts
- Prepare, process, and send monthly client billing statements
- Prepare salary calculations for employees
- Back up for secretarial/production work
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client inquiries or disputes

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in accounting or accounts receivable/payable/billing preferred.

- Familiarity with account reconciliation processes

- Candidate with experience in law firm preferred.

- QuickBooks/ ADP experience required.

- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and basic math principles

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
