Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. Ideal opportunity to learn as grow.

Insurance Defense on Personal Injury cases (1 – 3 years of experience required)

(Full time or Of Counsel or Per Diem) – URGENT AND IMMEDIATE HIRE

Remote is okay for paperwork, but must be available to cover New York City area in-person Court appearances when needed –

Salary commensurate with experience.

Duties range from Appearances at in person court conferences; virtual depositions. Must have experience drafting discovery and Summary Judgment motions including oppositions and replies thereto; providing senior trial attorney with support at trials including motions in limine, preparing trial files pursuant to Judge part rules, verdict sheets, jury charges; provide other support in drafting discovery demands and responses and preliminary reports to clients on discovery materials.

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

- Admission to New York State bar

- Strong legal research and writing skills with Experience in legal drafting and litigation
