Overview:Our Client is a global law firm seeking a mid-level to Senior Finance Associate with 4-8 years of experience for a full-time position in its Corporate Group's New York City office. Qualifications: Job Requirements:
Experience
- Substantial experience in lender and/or borrower-side financings.
- Expertise in senior secured credit facilities, split lien financings, unitranche financings, and acquisition financings.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and revising credit agreements, debt commitment letters, security agreements, and closing deliverables, including secretarys certificates, resolutions, legal opinions, schedules, and exhibits.
- Experience representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is beneficial.
- Strong academic background.
- Superior drafting and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to take significant responsibility for deal management, client interaction, and work product.
- Diligent, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented.
- Admitted to the New York bar.
- Salary Range: $310,000 - $435,000 annually.
- Salary determination based on education, experience, job-related factors, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials.
