- $ 31.00 to $ 38.00 / hour
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm )
- Keep machinery and equipment in good repair
- Coordinates/supports construction projects and equipment rebuilding
- Leads maintenance group efforts
- Performs electrical, air, mechanical and tool room duties to support production
- Maintaining/Updating of the preventative maintenance program
- Responsible for supporting and maintaining spare parts and chemical inventories as needed.
- Performs Annual Reviews of subordinates alone or in support of Engineering Mgt.
- Responsible for input of previous days PM and QRQC Reaction limits into Fast Response Spreadsheets
- Supports End-of-Shift machine updates
- Supports Maintenance Staff scheduling for weekly and weekend
- Work with staff in developing Maintenance personnel improvement programs.
- Supports training or tutorials through webinars, in-house demonstrations, and other means available.
- High School graduate or equivalent experience
- Post high school training preferred
- Associate degree preferred in a technical field (e.g. Electronics technology or industrial automation) OR equivalency of a minimum of 10 years of machine maintenance or machine building experience preferred
- Previous management of maintenance group or team
- Knowledge in Machine spare parts inventory Preferred
- Experience in managing Preventative Maintenance System, scheduling and updating requirements based on machine performance required
- Must be able to read mechanical prints
- Must be able to interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics
