Manufacturing Technician
Looking for a skilled Manufacturing Technician with experience in production, tooling, and design.

Manufacturing Technician Details:
- Direct Hire position
- $31.00 to $38.00 /hour
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm)
- Responsible for design, purchase, follow-up and run off of production component tooling, production assembly, and test tooling.
- Works with product engineer, production and outside suppliers to assure production parts meet plant and customer specifications
- Manage and track all tools to be implemented, Knowledge of the equipment and processes
- Designated engineer for implementing and following up on continuous improvement program
- Works with Quality Control to assure capability is achieved for each assembly
- Some part building and ability to read blueprints.
- Hands on troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
Manufacturing Technician Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Engineering Technology preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience with connectors, tool design, machine design, TPS techniques and Industrial Engineering methods preferred.
- Software experience in Excel, Word, Windows and AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Experience with PLC’s, Programming, and Ladder Logic.
- Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA)
