I am looking for an experienced Estimator, specifically in the commercial construction business - millwork background highly preferred - located in Brandon, MS!

Estimator Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $62,400.00 /annually
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Prepares estimates for quotes and bids of potential projects in an accurate and timely manner within the company's guidelines and procedures. Ensures proper use of gross profit margins, overhead rates and net profit margin goals in the estimating process.


Estimator Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years' experience as a project estimator with an architectural millworker or general contractor
  • Preferred: 5 years' experience as a commercial construction project estimator
  • The ability to understand and be familiar with the estimating process in architectural millwork and general contracting
  • Ability to estimate complex and large projects that may exceed $1M
  • Ability to read, interpret, and understand blueprints and technical specifications
  • Understanding of measurements, specifications, tolerances, angles, etc.
