Responsibilities of Position :
- Manage / Maintain Inspection Measurement Equipment Calibration / Certification System (Use of software application deemed by the company).
- Develop, maintain lab scope and calibration procedures, documents and forms.
- Perform Gage R&R's and on-going gage testing.
- Inspect contour gages-Annual / Initial / Verification / validation
Skill Requirements :
- Ability to read blueprints including geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T) schemes.
- Ability to read, understand customer and equipment prints including documentation.
- Individual must be highly motivated and self-directed with little to no supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, with very close attention to detail.
- Ability to train employees both individuals and in groups.
- Must be able to perform gage certifications and calibration.
- Understands Quality Audit System (SPC charts, Poka-Yokes, Inspections, etc).
