Are you an experienced Construction Superintendent ready for new challenges across the United States? We're seeking candidates with strong backgrounds in roofing, particularly with commercial and industrial metal buildings, to manage projects that often require extensive travel. This full-time position provides the opportunity to work on dynamic projects nationwide, with all travel expenses covered and a company vehicle provided, complete with a gas card.
Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Superintendent Include:
- Roofing industry experience with a focus on substantial work with standing seam metal roof applications.
- Expertise in commercial and industrial metal building projects.
- Manage quality control, completion schedules, site safety programs, and crew coordination.
- Oversee material and equipment deliveries, and provide job cost reports.
- Ensure the safety and compliance of all site activities and crew operations.
- Be willing to travel
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
