**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess a passion for education and mentorship.

**Responsibilities:**

- Create and implement lesson plans that adhere to the school's curriculum

- Provide engaging and interactive learning experiences for students

- Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment

- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance

- Collaborate with parents, administrators, and other teachers to support student development

- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive classroom dynamics

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in childcare, tutoring, babysitting, daycare, or sports coaching

- Ability to educate and inspire students of various learning levels

- Proficient in behavior management strategies

- Experience working with children and understanding their needs

- Knowledge of Christian counseling principles (nice-to-have)

- First aid certification (nice-to-have)
