Provide Tech Sales / Customer Service calls and, in the on-site showroom, handle customer walk-in sales and service.
- Provide world class customer service
- Answer customer product questions and technical questions
- Assist customers through the sale process
- Document and report technical or quality issues to product teams
- Provide suggestions for new products
Basic computer programs Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Organized and be able to multi-task.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Professional and positive attitude with customers and employees.
High School Diploma, required.
