Schedule: Schedule is to be flexible and based on meeting the needs of the organization. Hours of work will be decided upon by the person and the Property Director. Frequent same day travel and occasional overnight travel expected.

What you will bring to our team: A maintenance engineer will bring experience and knowledge of advanced maintenance and janitorial work in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a personable approach to problem solving and client interactions and be able to work with limited supervision.
