Here Tomorrow is a fast-growing nonprofit organization that has revolutionized suicide prevention by providing same-day no-cost mental health support to individuals at risk of suicide and their concerned family members. Our mission is to transform lives by building a community where suicide prevention is accessible without barriers.Position Summary: The Development Coordinator will contribute to the development, stability, and growth of the organization. Reporting to the Director of Development, this position supports fundraising and donor relation initiatives to further the sustainability and advancement of Here Tomorrow's mission.
Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate Here Tomorrow’s annual advancement plan tied to specific revenue goals.
- Manage data entry of donors and community stakeholders.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of fundraising efforts through donor data analysis.
- Develop initiatives to personalize stewardship through segmenting information.
- Responsible for daily data entry and upkeep of information within Development CRM.
- Assist in execution of communication plans to support Here Tomorrow’s financial goals.
- Responsible for the timely printing and mailing (24-48 hours) of tax receipt/thank-you letters.
- Participate in monthly Board Reporting.
- Participate in the ThankView digital gratitude campaign.
- Collect relevant stories and information from team members.
- Help coordinate and create storytelling videos, newsletter articles, blogs, and more.
- Collaborate on marketing objectives and the creation of materials
- Assist with event coordination and management.
- Collaborate with the team on planning, tracking, and reporting on yearly fundraising events.
- Support, manage, and track third-party events to promote and enhance donor experience and engagement.
- Assist with all event promotion and reporting through social media coordination, website updates, etc.
- Help identify new opportunities for donor appreciation and engagement events.
- Collaborate with Development team to ensure all digital platforms are being used at maximum potential.
- Engage in tutorials to increase knowledge and improve use of all fundraising channels.
- Monitor Development pages of website, social media, marketing for correct and up-to-date information.
- Participate in tours and outreach events to promote the services of the organization and raise awareness of mission.

- Communication with all team members to facilitate positive work environment and understanding
- This is a full-time exempt position with health benefits.
- Experience Preferred: 2-3 years' supporting & excelling in aligned work
- Understanding of etiquette, integrity, and the ability to represent the organization to the highest standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Experience with institutional databases, public access sites, and primary research skills.
- Demonstrate ability to share insights through reporting and data analysis
- An innovative & strategic thinker, able to demonstrate they are collaborative, organized, detail oriented, self-directed, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications are required.
- Note: To be considered for employment at Here Tomorrow, applicants who have used our services as a Friend must have either a two-year gap since their last session or be at least two years post program completion.
