DuraShield Contracting is Hiring an Outside sales representative Near Neenah, WI

DuraShield Contracting is seeking highly motivated and professional individuals with exceptional customer service skills looking for something different to join our outside sales team.

Our Milwaukee area sales team is looking to bring on 2-3 new sales reps immediately to help with the additional leads coming in from the recent hail storm that went through Oak Creek, WI.

Ideal candidates will live in Oak Creek or surrounding communities.

ABOUT US :

DuraShield is a residential, commercial and multi family roofing contractor serving Milwaukee and surrounding communities.

Spring and storm season is here! and our area was affected by damaging hail recently. We are looking to add 2-3 additional sales reps to our storm restoration division.

Regardless of how the economy is doing, hail storms, wind storms and tornados happen every year and homeowners must complete the repairs in a timely manner.

We also sell retail projects too. This is not another job but a career opportunity of a lifetime for the right motivated person.

DuraShield is a locally owned and operated company and has been in business since 2003. We are an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, GAF Certified and well know for specialty roofs like cedar shakes and DaVinci Roofscapes.

We have an A rating with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and have thousands of satisfied local customers.

Responsibilities & Duties of sales reps :

  • Marketing, canvassing and prospecting for new business
  • Performing property inspections on siding, roofing, windows and exterior items
  • Documenting findings with pictures, videos and notes
  • Giving presentations to homeowners
  • Signing Contracts
  • Meeting with Insurance Adjusters
  • Completing repair estimates
  • Completing work orders
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Sales experience a plus but willing to train someone with the right skill set.
  • Must Feel comfortable climbing a ladder and being on a roof
  • Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
  • Must pass a background check
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to office.
  • Company trucks available to qualified individuals with clean driving record.
  • Clean cut and professional appearance
  • Good communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Must have an independent nature, good time management skills and self-motivated.
  • Must have a smartphone for taking pictures and doing presentations.
  • Must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays when homeowners are available.

Compensation

  • Base Pay Commission position
  • Regular Sales Contests

Average reps make $75,000.00 / year. Top reps make $100k / year.
