Responsibilities:
Contact homeowners to schedule free estimates on windows, doors, siding, and bath/shower systems. No selling. No contracts. No collecting payment. Just set the appointment and an experienced rep will handle the rest. Must be comfortable overcoming objections and being told NO! Must have the ability and desire to make outbound calls consistently. Sales experience (outside/inside, retail, telemarketing, cold calling) a must. Our pay is AMAZING!!! The more experienced you become, the more money you make.
The right candidate will be able to make the script their own. Sound natural, upbeat, and professional. Position entails talking to people from different social, economic, and cultural backgrounds. Must be able to hold a conversation, so the person on the other line enjoys talking to you. Basic computer skills and typing skills will be required.
Full-time or Part-time shifts available: Work your own hours between 8am - 9pm Monday-Saturday.
COMPENSATION: Excellent
****Our office is located in NEENAH, WI. THIS POSITION REQUIRES IN OFFICE TRAINING OF 3-5 DAYS. Home office space away from distractions is a MUST! Must be able to commute to the office for training.****
