Confidential is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Receptionist Near Natick, MA

Our practice is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to support our team. In addition to greeting our patients when they enter the practice, this role includes scheduling, collecting payments at the date of service, checking insurance eligibility, answering questions, and some treatment planning. As an extension of the Office Manager, you are a key participant in creating an all-inclusive, patient-focused collaborative culture within our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Strive to provide a superior patient experience
  • Support patients within presenting treatment plans
  • Educate the patient regarding insurance benefits and affordable payment options, including third-party patient financing
  • Scheduling to patient clinical needs
  • Collect copayments and verify insurance coverage
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Follow-up as needed with the patient between visits for non scheduled, canceled, or missed appointments
  • Support office manager with company initiatives such as Adit, Recallmax, Aging, and Abella

Qualifications:

  • One year of experience
  • Versed in dental terminology and procedures
  • Orthotrac experience
  • Maintains a positive, collaborative, and supportive disposition with team and patients
  • Understands and complies with HIPAA and HITECH Act of 2009
