The OpportunityGrowth creates opportunity! We are seeking an A-Player to join our vibrant local business, which is part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach. As the Landscape Designer, you’ll:
- Design Support: Provide design and project support services to LSI management team members that adhere to LSI’s style, quality and branding preferences.
- Proposal Documentation Development: Provide support in regard to developing proactive comprehensive site audits or inspections for select clients.
- Horticultural Guidance: Provide a full level of intellectual horticultural support to the management team to provide horticultural guidance and recommendations to improve the aesthetics, functionality or safety of LSI’s client properties.
- Client Collaboration: Support LSI teammates in client meetings when discussing site improvement opportunities, in initial exploratory or project meetings, and proposal presentations.
- Training: Research and stay updated on the latest plant materials and hardscape materials, trends, advancements, etc.
- 1 years' experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity
- Strong organization and conflict management abilities
- Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail.
- Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective leader.
- Experience managing sales and estimation processes (job costing, proposals, etc.)
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
