Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality in a hotel or restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Manage seating arrangements efficiently
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest concerns and escalate issues as needed

Skills:

- Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and assist guests
- Knowledge of guest relations and food service procedures
- Demonstrated hospitality skills with a helpful attitude

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
