Responsibilities: The Corporate Controller is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, along with the prompt reporting of financial results. Prepare and review consolidated financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Oversee and monitor accounts receivable, including collections and evaluating the risk of past due accounts. Additionally, manage and monitor cash availability and liquidity, and oversee all aspects of inventory and cost accounting.

Must-Have Skills:

1. CPA Certified.
2. Hands-on experience leading the continuous enhancement of internal financial reporting.
3. Previous experience managing and developing accounting teams.
4. 10 years of experience within a commercial customer-focused environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

1. Private Equity experience is a plus.
2. Mergers and Acquisitions experience is nice to have.
3. Microsoft Dynamics experience.
