Call Center Representative
Join a well-established organization in Nashua, NH as a Call Center Representative! You’ll use your strong customer service skills to assist members with their accounts in this excellent full-time role.
Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative
- Assist members and potential members via telephone, chat, email, and video channel correspondence, fostering a one-call resolution environment
- Answer general inquiries about member accounts
- Quickly identify client needs and match them to a product or service
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required
Qualifications of the Call Center Representative
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service, retail, or call center experience preferred but not required
- Helpful and dependable with outstanding customer service skills
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Ability to recognize and resolve issues with courtesy and tact
The Call Center Representative works Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm for $19/hour. We look forward to connecting with you!
