Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Food Truck Manager to oversee the operations of our food truck. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring food quality, and providing excellent customer service.
Looking for a go-getter/self-starter
This job will have an incentive bonus attached as well.
Duties:
- Manage food truck operations including scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relations
- Food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards
- Implement strategies for upselling and increasing sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitate the food truck and equipment
- Handle cash register transactions and utilize POS system
Skills:
- Experience in food preparation, and the food industry (preferred but not a requirement)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices (preferred but not a requirement)
- Ability to upsell products and provide exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling
