Requirements: 10 Years Experience as Project Manager at another General Contractor on commercial or industrial projects
We are a well established Design/Build General contractor with many current and upcoming projects.
We are currently hiring for an experienced senior project manager. This person will be primarily focused on ground-up commercial or industrial projects exceeding $20M . He/she will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction including planning, budgeting, and execution.

- Oversee all phases of the project and ensure successful completion including planning, budgeting, and execution
- Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
- Review and approve project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans
- Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and disruptions
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc.
- 10 years in a Project Manager role at another General Contractor
- Experience on multiple ground-up projects exceeding $30M
- Background on projects in either commercial or industrial
- Strong understanding of Construction documents
- Ability to manage medium and large-scale projects
