Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Site Director. As the Site Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and educational programs at our site. Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's mission and goals

- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to address any academic or behavioral challenges
- Maintain open communication with parents, addressing any concerns or questions in a timely manner
- Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and record keeping
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in education administration
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging professional development among staff members
Qualifications:
- Director's Credential Required
- CLASS certification preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of educational principles and practices
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and staff members
